What are some people thinking? I can understand (maybe!??!) from a young, first time, less than professional job interviewee, but I have had some of these scenarios with accomplished 10 year+ veterans in the IT world! I had an interviewee whose button down Oxford was under such duress, her breast literally popped out after she lost a button to the pressure! *Hmm...
In addition, I had someone call me Frank the entire interview, after I corrected him the 3rd time, I just let it go. I couldn't hear anything he was saying after, though. A gentleman with an excellent paper resume, who after he asked and I told him the interview attire was to be "Business Casual", he wore blue jeans (granted, they were dark, clean and pressed) with dress shoes with a T-shirt, but it did have a vest! When I asked him, (I had to ask) he said "This vest is Armani!". His confidence won me over, I gave him a second interview, with a much clearer definition of "business casual". - Wiki Definition of Business Casual
