    We had an opportunity to take a vacation to Loreto in the Baja pennisula this year and it was outstanding! I look forward to next year, just with better Spanish.

110 Consulting & Brian

After doing a short term gig w/ Minecode to assess how I liked working with more of a full-service technology company rather than a straight staffing firm, I decided I wanted to continue working with an IT Consultancy.


My friend Dan is a partner and owner of 110 and they are looking to diversify not only their service offering, but also their client base.  Fortunately, this is something I can help him achieve!  After meeting with Dan and developing a plan and business model which would allow me the best the best opportunity for being successful with 110, I have jumped in with both feet!

Back in the Saddle

With all of the turmoil and strife ongoing, I have not been actively blogging.  However, that is changing effective immediately!  

I will be doing two things on the Conlin Report, first I will be giving more information on my day to day work and personal life.  Secondly, I will be giving a review on companies and technologies I read about and work with in my job at 110.  Using these reviews, I will give out an "Oinkie" to the company of my choosing.  The criteria is random and could be for great technology, good people, excellent customer service or it could go the other way and be given to a company for a bone headed move or embarrassing failure!

The Oinkies will be a virtual recognition (on my blog) and at some point they may become an actual trophy of sorts to the recognized company or technology.

So, look for these starting this week, I look forward to your feedback!
